Tool time = physical hands-on time touching the work — not drive, setup, or cleanup. It's a low number; that's the point.

💳 Card fee built into prices is on at 3.9%, so you can say yes to cards and still keep every dollar. It's built into every part, labor and flat-rate price (labor rates too, unless you pick Parts only in ⑤), never added at checkout, and the customer pays the same price by card, bank or check. If they pay cash or check, it's extra margin. Set it to 0 to turn it off. It's the same setting as in ⑤ Pricing & Job Costing.

💪 Billable labor rate override — set the $/hr directly (skips the overhead math). Leave blank/0 to use the computed rate. Min prices put a floor under every ticket so a cheap part still bills a real service call (e.g. a $10 capacitor → your $ floor).
