1. Pick the sheetPrint at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”.
2. Parts
How many labels of each. Each label has the barcode, name, SKU and bin.
3. Truck and shelf stickers
Stick these on the truck and on each shelf or bin. The tech scans one to say where parts are coming from.
4. Print
Bring in your parts list
CSV or Excel. You’ll match your columns to ours, see exactly what will change, and nothing is saved until you click Import. Parts are matched by SKU, then barcode/UPC, then name.
Shop, shelves and trucks
Every truck gets a location automatically. Add a shelf or bin for each spot in the shop. A part’s bin is the shelf it lives on.
