When several techs work one job, each tech taps “I’m on this one” on the unit they’re working in the Field App. This page adds it up: how many units each tech finished, average minutes per unit (overall and by type of equipment), checklist items done, and callbacks that came back later on those jobs. Every unit still lands on the customer’s Equipment tab with who serviced it.
