Referral commission splits
HOW REFERRAL COMMISSIONS SPLIT

When a job booked through the network gets paid, the commission splits by who generated the lead:

• Compendium-generated lead → Compendium keeps 100%.
• You (the contractor) generated the lead → Compendium 60% / you 40%.

Reward the technician who brought in the referral. This percentage comes out of your 40% cut — Compendium's 60% is unaffected. Set to 0 to keep your full cut.
