★ Favorites show as one-tap chips at the top of every job: on the New Job form, the dispatch drawer and the job page. Other tags are under ＋ More tags, with search. ✏️ Edit tags on any job opens this list without leaving the job.
Service Call is the job's kind: a ticked job is a service call, an unticked one is a Job / Project. Replacement makes the job a Project too. Commercial and Residential are suggested from the customer's type, and Replacement is suggested when the job comes from a proposal with equipment.
Warranty, callback, emergency and maintenance already have their own flags on every job, so they aren't tags. Filter by tag on Dispatch and the Jobs list, and group by tag in Job Costing → Reports.
