Square logos look small in a wide spot. Bigger sizes apply to invoices, proposals, the pay page and your dashboard. The logo never grows wider than its space.
Owners and admins can always give a discount. Office staff need “Give discounts” in Users & Permissions. A discount shows on the invoice as its own line, like “Customer loyalty discount −$50.00”.

When someone records a payment on an invoice, this is the account it goes to in your books. They can pick a different one on each payment. Undeposited Funds holds the money until you make the bank deposit.
Stripe payouts usually land in Undeposited Funds first, then match your bank deposit. Only change this if your accountant asks.
